Bitter Orange
To conserve at least a little bit of citrus for the summer, we froze the juice of our bitter oranges into ice cubes in order to be able to use them later as dressing for salads when requested.

Our donkey “Kadife” is ready for the new season. All vaccinations and medicines are updated and thanks to our veterinery from Kumluca she is the proud owner of an animal passpor. Hopefully we find an appropriate partner for her this season.

This year our persimmon tree has yielded enough fruits to supply all our guests for one week (around the beginning of December) from now on.
